Things are getting simple and easier to setup nowadays, but doing everything yourself involves time you could be spending doing the things you love.

I’ve created these packages to make sure I’d be able to support you every step of the way. I’ll setup everything for you and provide you different options so you’re comfortable choosing the providers that are perfect for you.

Ideal Client Profile

You need to know you’re serving and who your website is for. Defining who you want to target is essential to define a website strategy and craft a research plan.

If you purchase any of my research-driven packages (“Strategic” or “User-centered“) I’ll go through your Ideal Client Profile with you. We’ll review any assumptions and data you have and identify gaps that will need to be filled through research.

If you purchase the “Nurturing” package, I’ll ask you to provide as much info as you can.

User Research: Real Interviews with Your Real Users

Your website will be designed from scratch using a blank theme + the premium version of my favorite visual editor called Elementor Pro (included in your package) so you can change and add content easily afterwards.

All your design will be custom and unique, and we’ll only use the plugins you really need to avoid a slow and bloated website! And yes, this applies to all packages.

Competitive Analysis

You probably have already checked some of your competitors’ websites and there might even be things you like and dislike about them.

But do you know…

- What are they doing wrong and well in terms of usability?
- Which functionalities and features from other websites does your audience find useful?
- What are your audience’s feelings about more subjective concepts associated to design, brand, color and feel?
- What values do your competitors have, and how do you differentiate?
- And many other useful insights that will help you define a website strategy.

Website and Content Strategy

An initial website strategy is included in all packages, because that’s not something I’ll ever let you skip. There’s much more to be done though. Putting your content together, from the navigation and type of pages you want to include to the actual placement of the content within each page, is part of strategy too.

We call this “content strategy” and it can be a whole process on its own. That’s why I decided to include a content strategy in the “Strategic” and “User-centered” packages to help you get started with a solid foundation.

Sitemap & SEO Keyword Research

Putting it simple, a sitemap is a list of pages of a website.
In all my packages, the xml sitemap (for SEO purposes) and basic on-site SEO is included.

The actual sitemap planning, which is included in the “Strategic” and “User-centered” packages, involves helping you define the main categories and pages for your website, which is an important part of content strategy. During this stage, I also collaborate with a trustworthy SEO expert who’ll be doing keyword research for the final list of pages that we decide to include on your website. All costs covered on your package.

Wireframes

A website wireframe is also known as a “screen blueprint”. They represent the layout, interactions and placement of elements on each page.

During the wireframing stage, it’s faster and easier to make changes, so we’ll save a lot of time and money every time we need to reiterate.

There are no visuals and colors at this stage, so we can focus on functionality and content first!

Moodboards & Style Guide

A moodboard gets everyone’s creative juices flowing, but most of all, it’s an important tool to communicate a shared vision.

How about the style guide? It’ll basically define the “style” of your website, that will include typography, colors, buttons, etc.

You’ll also have access to all these elements on a separate page of your website so you can just copy paste later!

Testing Concepts & Functionality With Your Real Users

I know you have your own brilliant vision, and that’s great, because we want to ensure we’re designing a website that aligns with your brand strategy. But we also need to think of your users, the ones who’ll be visiting your website.

Usability testing is one of the many methods of research used professionally by UX professionals. In all packages except for the “Nurturing“, I’ll be conducting some sort of testing with real people that match your target audience’s characteristics!

Let's Design from Scratch!

Once we’re done with the research, strategy and design direction, your website will be designed from scratch using a blank theme + the premium version of my favorite visual editor called Elementor Pro (included in your package) so you can change and add content easily afterwards.

All your design will be custom and unique, and we’ll only use the plugins you really need to avoid a slow and bloated website! And yes, this applies to all packages.

Up to 3 Page Layouts So You Can Add Your Own Pages Later

This all sounds great, but what if you need to create more pages later? After all, the advantage of a self-hosted WordPress website is total freedom and control!

I’ll make it easy for you, I’ll create up to 3 page layouts that’ll only require you to input text.

Typically these are: Inner page, Blog page, Blog post; but you can replace these with others. If you need more templates (example: Landing Page) ask for a custom quote!

Up to 2 Extra Elements Designed

Besides the ready-to-use page templates, you’ll also have up to 2 extra elements designed by me.

What does this mean?

Pop-ups, additional headers or footers, modals, basically anything that you can plug into any part of your website! Pretty cool, huh?

Integration with your Email Service Provider

This is pretty much an essential feature of any website nowadays, so of course it’s included with any of the packages.

Basically this means I’ll add any forms you need so you can get mailing subscribers regardless of the email service you use (mailchimp, convertkit, etc)

All the functionality for service-based businesses

None of these packages include ecommerce or membership functionality (ask for a quote if you need any extras), but as a service provider, you’ll have all the functionalities you need to start running your business!

Any forms you need (from basic to advanced, conditional, etc), calendar integration, visual editor, and a professional website that can grow with you!

Analytics Setup

Having a website just for the sake of it, isn’t worth it! You need to setup goals and track your metrics.

I’m partnering with a Digital Marketing specialist to handle all the Marketing setup for you. Depending on your package, this could involve the basic Google Analytics setup or more advanced, like tracking goals and events through Google Tag Manager. We’ll also add any other tracking codes for tools you want to use.

WordPress Mini Training & Ultimate Freedom

Once I’ve helped you building the foundation, I want to let you fly! These packages were built especially for entrepreneurs who want to regain the control over their own website (but still appreciate a little help in the process).

So you’ll get a mini video training by the end of our project together, explaining the basics on how to change and add stuff on your own website. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is, now that everything is beautifully designed and setup for you. Enjoy the freedom & growth.
